How fast will my website go live?
Most sites are live within 3 days once we have your info.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay monthly. That's it.
Why no buyout?
Your domain and all your content are always 100% yours. The website platform itself is proprietary - that's what lets us keep it fast, secure, and updated without WordPress headaches. Think of it like leasing office space: you don't own the building, but it's your business running inside it.
How does onboarding work?
We send a short intake form and gather your content in one go.
How do requests and edits work?
We use email plus a simple request board. Submit changes anytime. Most edits are completed in 1–2 business days.
What counts as an edit?
Unlimited reasonable website edits (text, images, sections, layout tweaks). Large rebuilds or new multi-page expansions quoted or added as an add-on.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo, brand colors, services list, service areas, photos, and any must-have details or links.
What platform do you build on?
We build on a modern, custom stack (Nuxt) and host on Cloudflare, which means your site loads fast, stays secure, and is cached worldwide — without the plugin bloat or constant maintenance of traditional platforms.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Unlimited edits are included.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays yours. If you don't yet have a domain, your plan comes with one, up to $12.99/yr cost.
What is included in hosting?
Hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, and updates are included.
Can you write the website copy?
We can help polish copy and provide royalty free images when needed, and you can supply the final details.
Do you offer SEO? Can my SEO person work with you?
We're not an SEO agency and we don't manage SEO strategy, backlinking, ranking guarantees, or ongoing "SEO campaigns." If you have an SEO provider, we're happy to collaborate on implementation: we can publish the pages and on-site edits they supply (copy + page list + titles/meta) as part of your plan and any applicable page add-ons. We'll also provide a clean, fast website foundation that's SEO-friendly by default, but SEO direction stays with your SEO provider. We implement on-site changes provided by your SEO vendor, but we are not responsible for SEO performance or rankings.
Do you only build 5-page websites? What if I need more pages or special features?
Our plans include a standard 5-page website. If you need more pages, you can add them anytime for $40/month per additional 5 pages. Extra pages are standard content pages (typical sections like text, images, and a contact CTA). Complex features (booking systems, membership/logins, directories, ecommerce, custom integrations) are quoted separately.
Do you integrate contact forms?
Yes. Forms, calls to action, and map embeds are standard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - it's month-to-month, no long-term commitment. Just email us with 30 days notice and your subscription ends at the close of that billing period. Your domain is always yours to keep.
