10.2 Our role. For client Websites, we may act as a service provider that processes information on behalf of the client to operate and maintain the Website (for example, hosting logs and basic technical troubleshooting).

10.3 Contact forms. If you submit a message through a client Website contact form, that information is sent to the client and/or to the client’s designated email. We may have access to it only as needed to provide support, maintenance, or troubleshooting.

10.4 Third-party tools on client Websites. Client Websites may include third-party services (e.g., analytics, maps, embedded video, email marketing, scheduling tools, payment tools). Those providers handle data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

11) International Visitors

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to countries with different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.
